Shipping Policy

All our orders are processed within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Please remember that all orders are custom and made carefully with love.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Checking the Status of Your Order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at createdbybossbabes@yahoo.com.  Please include your name and order number so that we may look into this for you. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
